About Ilya
Athlete. Coach. Founder.
Ilya’s path runs from professional swimming and the Russian youth and national swimming system to international triathlon racing, coaching and founding UNITED. That experience connects the details of technique with the bigger picture of preparing an athlete.
Coaching experience
As Founder & Head Coach, Ilya works with athletes of different levels across swimming, cycling and running. His focus is individual preparation: improving technique, building performance and helping athletes prepare for their next race.
Athletic background
A Master of Sport in triathlon and former professional swimmer, Ilya brings international racing experience to his coaching. His swimming background has put him at the front of the swim in multiple races.
